I’m looking for a trainer who can guide me through the advanced-level capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, together with the complementary tools in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI). I already understand the basics; what I need now is a practical deep dive that shows how to streamline the full lead-to-cash process, automate repetitive tasks, and surface insights through customised dashboards. The engagement will be one-on-one, conducted live online, and paced so that each concept is immediately applied in my own sandbox environment. I’d like you to: • Structure a clear learning path that moves from configuring advanced entities, business process flows and interactive dashboards all the way to building model-driven apps and automated workflows. • Demonstrate real-world scenarios—case creation, queue management, opportunity forecasts, approval flows—and then supervise while I reproduce them myself. • Provide short assignments or solution files after each session so I can reinforce the material between meetings. Please outline the number of hours you recommend, the collaboration tools you prefer (Teams, Zoom, etc.), and any official certifications or project examples that prove your expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales/Service and the wider Power Platform. Screensharing, session recording and follow-up Q&A support are must-haves for me. When we finish, I should feel comfortable building and maintaining production-ready solutions without external help.
