Hi There, I bid on this project primarily to see if I can get some more information. It is hard to understand what you need. I have looked at your supplied Spreadsheet and I understand that you have a VBA Application, in Excel?? It appears that you want to convert this VBA application to a native PostgreSql Application and this is not actually possible, you need to have a scripting language to run the PostgreSql statements. I think what you really want to do is convert the VBA Application to a Web based application in a language like ASP or PHP, etc. It is critical to know this. Also some of you VBA is impossible to translate into PostGreSQL. like the movefile, DeleteFile, PowerShell Code, Open Program, Form Open, Form Close, etc as these features do not exist in PostGresql, but exist in an application that uses PostGreSql for its Storage Engine If you can please provide more detail on exactly what you are trying to do and what languages and server environment you intend to use I may be able to do the job but if not, I will retract my bid as it is not possible to bid on the information provided.
