I read past the stack list to the actual hard part: fifty tenants' OAuth tokens kept hermetically separate, webhooks that land out of order and duplicated, tokens expiring at 3am, and a qualification loop that reads like a human replying from the client's own WhatsApp number. That's the work I do — WhatsApp and automation bots with the Anthropic API carrying the conversation. Weeks 1-4, I'd ship the ugly single-tenant loop exactly as you framed it: inbound WhatsApp message arrives, the AI qualifies, a slot gets booked into Google Calendar, and it chases the confirmation. Hardcoded to one client, no scaling, demoable to a business owner. Honest proof the loop breathes before we commit to a platform. Weeks 5-8 is where the real engineering sits: Postgres RLS for tenant isolation, encrypted token storage with a dedicated refresh worker on BullMQ, idempotent webhook ingestion keyed to dedupe out-of-order and repeated Meta events, and CTWA referral capture feeding ad outcomes back to Meta so the algorithm learns which campaigns actually book clients.
