Podcast Outreach & Appointment Setter (Spanish-Speaking, Part-Time) ⸻ About the Company We are a fast-growing medical startup focused on building a secure, patient-centered ecosystem for managing and sharing medical data across borders. As part of our media and community strategy, we run a podcast aimed at inspiring the next generation of doctors and healthcare professionals. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a polite, professional, and proactive outreach specialist to support our podcast growth. Your main mission will be to contact potential podcast guests, introduce the project, and schedule appointments. This is a part-time remote role (4 hours per day) aligned with the Madrid time zone. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Conduct cold calls in Spanish to potential podcast guests (doctors, specialists, healthcare professionals) • Present the podcast in a clear, engaging, and professional manner • Send follow-up emails after initial contact • Schedule appointments/interviews with interested guests • Maintain and update lead tracking lists (CRM or Excel) • Perform consistent follow-ups with leads • Ensure a high level of politeness, professionalism, and brand representation ⸻ Requirements • Native or fluent Spanish speaker • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in cold calling, sales, or outreach is a big plus • Comfortable speaking with medical professionals • Organized and detail-oriented (follow-ups are key) • Basic knowledge of email tools and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) • Self-motivated and able to work independently ⸻ Working Conditions • Part-time: 4 hours per day • Time zone: Madrid (CET) • Remote position ⸻ What We Offer • Opportunity to work with an innovative healthtech startup • Involvement in a meaningful project impacting healthcare • Flexible remote work environment • Potential for long-term collaboration and growth ⸻ Bonus (Nice to Have) • Experience working with podcasts, media, or healthcare • Additional languages (English, French, German)
