Ont site residential construction manager

I am looking for a qualified and experienced residential construction manager to supervise a single-family home build I am undertaking. It is anticipated the project will take 3-6 months from start to finish; however, the project timeline is open to adjust based on the project manager’s recommendation. Experience is more important than certifications, however, if you have any relevant certifications, please let me know. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of regulations, codes, and safety standards, scheduling contractors, ordering materials, permitting, on site problem solving to ensure the project is completed according to state and local building codes.
