Fix delivery issue in server with plesk

I am having issues sending mail in my plesk domains as some recipient domains reject from my server, usually with error “550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)”
When I check in mx toolbox, I get this error (other settings are fine):
SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
I get this error with all domains in my plesk although not all recipient domains reject email.
I need someone who can help me to fix the issue. All items checked by mx toolbox must be return no alert.
