EXPERT Plesk : advanced setting

Hello We suscribed for a LINUX VPS at hoster Ionos (= previously called "1 & 1"). In this VPS, Plesk is installed but lot of thing missing inside, according to FAQ we need do custom setting (with linux Comman line): 1) Need install Php 7.2 = the only version working with our old CMS Now there is only 8.4 -->You need TELL US EXACTLY WHAT COMMAND LINE YOU RUN, because after that we will have to do it for another VPS ourself 2) Our Domain name is at Cloudflare, and we will keep it there. So now how to point the domain to our Plesk ? I don't know what the first step ? You need create in plesk a record in the section "subscription" ? PLease tell us EXACTLY wat are the steps 3) Create a FTP user for us 4) Create a database for us (classic mysql)
