I want to get more out of Pipedrive by tailoring both the look-and-feel and the behind-the-scenes automation to match our sales process. On the interface side I need new Custom Fields—text boxes, dropdown menus, and date selectors—and a cleaner dashboard layout that surfaces the KPIs my team checks every day. Beyond cosmetics, I also need a set of automated workflows that cut manual data entry and keep deals moving: think stage changes that trigger notifications, follow-up tasks created automatically, and status updates pushed to Slack or email. Everything should be built natively in Pipedrive where possible, but I’m open to webhooks, Zapier, or similar tools if they add efficiency without breaking reliability.
