We are looking for a freelancer located in Australia for the following job:
- Return management for [url removed, login to view]
Receive at his own address the returns from our Australian customers.
You will get the returns at your address. Each return need to be checked and processed (refund, exchange). If the item is damaged or dirty it must be returned to the customer etc...
Each month you will return all the returns to France.
- Ship items
We will ship daily a box from France with all the orders for Australia.
When you get the box, you will have all the orders already packed. You need to go to the post office or require a pick up. We will pay all the shipping fees. All the orders are ready to be shipped.
Other jobs for our website are possible. But thos 2 are the most importants and need to be done by someone locally.
The languages required are one of the following:
English OR Portugues OR French.
If you speak one of them it is ok.
The job can start immediately.
Note: If you go to hollidays you will need to find someone to replace you. We cannot stop the job at any time. We can change the address with another one, but it is a bit risked. The best would be if you have another freelancer that can take care of the job.
This job may requiere 5 to 10 hours per week.

This will suit me ideally as I am a stay at home mum and have a Post Office Box that is secure for receiving your deliveries and returns. I have also worked in customer service extensively before having my baby.
