YII page Connect API and create a Calc based on imported excel/csv file phase one

Yii is installed on AWS and are up and running but I want help to do following.
Configure the firewall properly on the server.
Change so its only ssl on the sites.
Install and configure System1 API
Another custom API.
Make the solution compatible with zapier...?
So the website user and we are more flexible.
What the webbapp shall do is following.
1. The user login
2. They go to page 1 and klick on get from System1.
The system1 API capture the data so they are listed.
3. The user chose what data they want to send.
4. They klick on send >
5. Its send the data to another system (system2) with the custom API
5. And when the job is completed in system2 its shall send back data to System1 that its done.
Each user on the yii uses their own api keys in both systems.
So each client/user must have their own settings for API config.
Other things that we would like to have.
Separate database for api keys and username and pass.
2 factor login.

I already got the database structure and the API Connectors developed, so its its possible to use them instead of writing new.
In the admin part we shall have possibility to edit the api keys for the user, block user, add user
Each System1 account need both a unique Authorization-Code and a unique Access-Token. That means that your integration needs to be able to manage a unique set of keys for every Fortnox account that is connected.
The user vill create their access code by them self, and we will enter it manually from backend/admin part.
Looking for long term cooperation, and this is just phase one of this project.

When this is done i want the solution public up n running, so we can keep on working with phase two.
