Note: each mobile phone has individual phone numbers just like any personal mobile phones

b. every voice calls if busy or can`t be reached
c. all text messages - toward Call Centre
Outbound Voice Calls and Text messages
3. Call Centre Agents reply to diverted voice calls and text messages
4. Every Text messages and Outbound Voice Calls must be through the contacted individual mobile phone numbers
5. Call Centre Software Monitor log all phone calls and text messages
