Write some Software

I need to take some readings from my RFID sensor (Funduino). I have both Arduino Uno and Mega to connect it with. (These are the elements I've been doing some testing so far: [url removed, login to view])

What needs to happen:

1) Scan an RFID card with the sensor

2) Detect that the user is "John Jones"

3) In the website, once John's sensor was detected, we will pop up John's image, John's date of birth, and the food that he likes.

Thant's about it. No style is required for the website, I only need the information to be feed in to a PHP file. This is a prototype, so I am open to suggestions. I am attaching the code files that I have for testing purposes.
