Generally, I would like to develop a software program that can be used to collect and edit meeting minutes from project meetings. This includes being able to initially enter data in certain fields, select previously entered data for display, update previoulsy entered data, enter new data, email data to an attendee list and print a finished document. Additionally, items added to the meeting minutes should be able to be assigned a responsible party and a due date selected by clicking buttons or drop down menus etc. There are a few additional features I would like to add, for example, I would like to be able to select a button that "closes" items with an automatic date that "ITEM IS CLOSED" etc.
