Write some Software

I want to build software that can route multiple destinations for a fleet of automobiles. Take pictures of multiple destinations and time stamp the Pictures and email it with notes to owners of the destination for security. It also needs to be interactive with other automobiles in the fleet that have separate routes to run in case a unit gos down the software will re route the fleet to pickup the downed autos route. It also needs to update the main office on locations of the whole fleet so customers calling in can be notified when arrival can be Expected. The software must also be able to be loaded on a ipad or notebook so operator can touch the screen and change the color of the destination as the task has been completed. After the total route has been completed the Ipad or noted book gets synced up to the Office computer for billing, Miles driven, Time used for employees time card and sends emails to all customers.
