In short I would like someone to build me secure and easy to use custom address book type software I can run on windows and share with 5 of me employees which we can all edit.
We would like to basically build a large address book with details of all companies we use and their business card information by manually typing in the programme which will then add them to a certain category and sub categories and also most importantly would like to have a search option where we can search keywords such as a product or service each of the different contact on the address book provides and it will come up with each option when searching a key word with their relevant category and contact details of whom provides the item or service we run a search on .
The key things to think about here are:
Up to 10 people will use the address book internally within business.
I would like it to look nice and be simple to use by anyone.
Easy input data and organise in categories.
Easy to share the whole address book with colleagues in my network (downloadable)
Easy to maintain
Very decent key words and a search type engine that will work within the programme which will execute the functionality in terms of search and display the specific information I require - so searching through all the contacts stored in the address book and picking out certain ones when certain products or words are entered.
Allow any of us to type in manually the contact details of people or companies we want in the address book easily and save it to certain categories and connect it with the relevant keywords so when we search for something to do with the induvial or provider they appear on the list of who does/provides what we search for on the address book search bar.
