Write secure software, create mobile app, and web page.

This project is a blend of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but focus on the real estate industry. First, we need to design an interactive mobile app and matching site that will enable users to create their owns secure accounts/profiles so they can make payments/invest into a specific construction project created by our company. This specific construction project will have all the details (starting date, location, materials, etc.) and the members/investors will be able to monitor the progress with the updates from our company. The mobile app and web page should be able to receive payments with the member/investor info. Second, we need to create a web based secure software linked to the app and web page that will protect in a secure server the members/investors information. This software should auto-fill legal and accounting forms with the members/investors information perhaps integrating www.DocuSign.com. Also, we will include a module that will enable our company to update the progress of the projects and to get visual to the members/investors thru the mobile app or web page. Also, this software should generate accounting information for members/investors reports and to receive and send payments from and to members/investors. Additional features will be added for tracking and reporting; and the option to continue expanding with different modules.
