Wordpress site very slow, need help figuring out why and recommending how to fix

Hi, I can make your site faster to load. Website speed depends on server and website content. I work both on server and website to make highest possible fast to load. Very few programmers can work on both server and website. I will need you to purchase a plugin for $40. Sometimes server is so bad that I can do nothing on it and in this case I will need you to change hosting as I recommend. I hope after my work average load time will be between 0-2 seconds. I work myself. Speed of a website depends on my work, server configuration, site content, server location etc. I do a lot of work to make a site highest possible fast to load.
