Wordpress Plugin (Student Progress)

Hello, We are looking for a skilled developer who is familiar with Wordpress to build a plugin that will become a part of our existing website. The plugin should allow our students to log in to wordpress where they will be able to see their progress displayed in a visual bar based on information set by their teacher (admin). Important notes: - The progress information should be protected by login, so a non-registered member cannot see other people's results. - The skills that our students are measure on should allow for a parent category (e.g - 1, 2, 3 & 4). - Inside the parent categories are the skills (e.g - A, B, C, D, E) along with a progress bar for each one. There should also be a full description of the skill which should be hidden/unhidden onclick. - The rest of the website will use bootstrap so any template should be designed with that in mind. - Each progress bar should have five segments which are highlighted as progress is updated. - Teacher (admin) should be the only person to make changes to the student's progress from the admin area. - There should also be the option to have badges which are awarded to students for special progress. These should be created in the admin area and are awarded by the teacher (they then show in the student progress). You must show us this by example on your test site and once satisfied we will release the payments and you would provide the source/plugin for us to install in to our wordpress.
