Whitepages Scraper

Here's the brief description: I need a program similiar to a scraper for something like [login to view URL] or any online white pages site. Basically this is how I need the scraper to work, - I will input into your program/script a city and state from the u.s. - Your program/script will search [login to view URL] for any random profile with the following fields: first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, and phone number. All the fields must be completed. I need the output list from your program/script to be in Excel .xls format. All the data needs to be in an individual column. So, first name has it's own column, 2nd column is for last name, 3rd for street, 4th for city, etc..etc.. The data should not repeat or create duplicate records. You should have experience in coding data scrapers. ## Deliverables Detailed Description: - The whitepages profiles that are scraped must not be in alphabetical order. Example: the output list I get from your program isn't in alphabetical order by name. I don't want all first names going in this order A, B,C, or all last names starting with A..etc.., must be all random. I need the output list from your program/script to be in Excel .xls format. All the data needs to be in an individual column. So, first name has it's own column, 2nd column is for last name, 3rd for street, 4th for city, etc..etc.. Couple notes: So, all I'm going to enter is a city and state into your program/script. If I list the city and state twice that means I need two different records for the same city. Also the output from your program needs to be in the order that I input so, example: I input in this order: Dallas, TX Chicago, IL The out put has to be in the above format.. Dallas, TX record first, Chicago IL, second..etc..etc.. The coding language I don't really have a preference. I just want quality code, no bugs or errors. If a php script could do this, that's fine, it doesn't need to be a "formal" C+ program or anything. No gui or anything is necessary, this project is just for personal use.
