Website scraping, content importation and search automation -- 2

I need some code additions to an existing website done. The website is coded in PHP, Javascript, and uses MySQL db. The attached tar file includes all the details that is necessary for you to understand the scope of the project. The file is compressed twice meaning there is another zip file inside the tar file. I strongly advice you to go through the details as it will explain step by step what is required. The project itself is not hard for someone who has coding experience. But it does involve several steps to achieve what I want. So if you don't read the detailed description, you will not understand the requirements and might quote too low or too high based on your misunderstanding.

When you are submitting your proposal for the project, I need to know that you have gone through the details. And I have included a way for me to identify that you have gone through the descriptions. Only proposals that include this "identification" in their message will be considered.
