● Phase 1: Website Framework and User Interface
In this milestone, the focus will be on setting up the website framework and developing
the user interface, all files sent. The development team will select the appropriate technology stack
and create the basic structure of the website. They will work on implementing the design
concept to achieve a clean and modern look. Responsive
design will also be incorporated to ensure optimal viewing on different devices. Thorough
testing will be conducted to ensure the website functions properly and provides a
seamless user experience.
● Phase 2: Core Functionalities Implementation-
During this milestone, the core functionalities of the website will be implemented. The
team will focus on developing the management dashboard, which will allow
administrators to efficiently manage the site content, users, subscriptions, and view site
analytics, all files sent.. Account creation and management features will be implemented, including
email/password registration, third-party authentication options (such as Google, LinkedIn,
and Facebook), account recovery, and automatic subdomain generation. A secure
payment gateway will be integrated to facilitate smooth payment transactions and
subscription plans. Additionally, a live chat option will be added to enhance user
communication and support.
● Phase 3: Portfolio Creator/Editor and Design Customization
In this milestone, the team will develop the portfolio creator/editor, providing users with a
comprehensive platform to create and manage their portfolios, all files sent.. Users will be able to add
articles, videos, and other content to named sections within their portfolios. Design
customization features will be implemented, enabling users to select and switch between
different themes. The interface will allow users to customize fonts, colors, and navigation

During this milestone, the team will focus on implementing additional features and

within portfolios for real-time interaction with visitors. A search functionality will be

website functionality and provide advanced analytics and marketing capabilities.
● Phase 5: Quality Assurance and Handover
The final milestone will involve thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve
