Website Builder with Taobao API expert and Social Media Integration

I plan to run a site that sells items from Taobao to my local audience. I need a person who can:

1) Fetch the following information from Taobao API on hourly basis

- original price

- sale price

- shipping price

- shipping origin

- photos from header

- photos from description

- category of listing

- Product parameters

2) Rework a local site that uses this script [url removed, login to view] and to post the following information in each pin & shopping cart to take order. Graphics of site will also need to be redone

3) Create CRM to manage customer orders obtained from local site and to manage Taobao API feed as to what can be posted on site and what cannot be posted on site

4) Integrate to Facebook / Pinterest / Twitter with auto post capability

5) SEO in Chinese for local site

Must be someone who can read chinese. No chinese translation will be given or provided. Also future support of the site is required and will be paid ongoing basis after project is completed. So it's best you interest me now in your bid.

Please provide me with estimation of hours required for this project. This needs to be done by mid August and require freelancer to work at least 18 hours per day to work and test the site.
