We're created a bare-bones webpage using PHP and MySQL which we'd like to see improved. Eventually it will be on its own domain, here is the sandbox: [login to view URL] Here are the improvements we'd like to see made: 1. Make it look modern and professional, keeping it only one-page 2. General layout - centered with Google ads top, left and right 3. All required fields Validate the following (4-10): 4. Plan Name field <= 50 chars 5. Monthly Premium is decimal(6,2) 6. Deductible is integer 7. Co-insurance between 0 and 100 8. Co-insurance max is integer 9. Expected medical is integer 10. Odds between 0 and 100, and odds entry plus combined existing odds cannot exceed 100 11. User can create profile or use Facebook to login and save their entries if they choose, not a requirement for using the page 12. Clicking on Plan Name pops up a light box for user to edit or delete plan 13. Clicking on Annual Med Expense pops up a light box for user to edit or delete options, must add to 100% 14. Conditional formatting to somehow highlight the low and high end plans 15. Room to include instructions/definitions/disclaimer/terms of use 16. Adding last row calculations in the "Odds" table 17. Recode to most current PHP 18. Open to suggestions for different coding 19. Responsive layout 20. Footer area includes copyright info and room for us to add links/video if desired 21. How can we make the page easy to use and also confirm the user is not a bot on every form entry the user makes? We will provide FTP and MySql access to you. Let us know if you have any questions.
