Web3 authentication product for educational websites

I am looking for a developer who can help build a web3 authentication product specifically designed for college and university websites. This product will have to incorporate blockchain-based authentication technology in order to make sure that only those with proper authorization will be able to gain access to the platform or data. This must be coded in Typescript, strongly preferred, so that the product can easily be integrated into the different programming languages used by college and university websites. It will have to be reliable and secure while also being user friendly and consistent with the latest web3 standards. An embedded button like Google sign in button, unlike google auth, this button asks user to connect web3 wallet(metamask) only once, once user connects it'll store data and when user visiting anyother educational website that has this embedded button, if the user is registered it'll allow further to access website, if user new we'll onboarding such as we'll let user to choose a random name and profile photo or if they've nft in their wallet we'll show them to choose one from their wallet, and after we should have a small dashboard for both user and website owners who uses this authentication button, for website owners we'll show dashboards what are the wallets visiting, and for user what are websites they visited.
