I am looking for an experienced web developer to create a web application for on-line tuition for high school students. The web application should have capabilities such as live video classes, an online whiteboard for real-time collaboration, and recorded video lessons for on-demand learning.
The web application's content will focus mainly on science and math topics (9th and 10th grade).
There are a lot of web applications available that provide similar services, but I would like our application to provide something with a unique and innovative twist that sets it apart. The web application must provide an enjoyable and engaging learning experience that not only helps students learn and retain knowledge but keeps them coming back for more.
I'm looking for someone familiar with web development and with a good track record of successful projects. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of teaching approaches in the referenced subject areas.
It's a start-up institution. I required serious and loyal developers to give me lifelong support for maintaining the website and also be used to develop further IT infrastructure in the future.
