Upgrade some function for mysql database and add more option to the table/columns

Hi, I have a website which have two subtitle translators, whose function is to save subtitles in mysql database and visitors can download that subtitles from the database, but often mysql database is filled with duplicate subtitles in the same languages so I need that when subtitle is recorded to automatically add language code 2 at the end of the subtitle name depending on the language into which the subtitle is translated and Language codes can be found here : [login to view URL] When visitor saving a subtitle , two more letters automaticaly get (Language code) added at the end of the subtitle name, depending on the language of the subtitle. For example, if it is in English to add language code "EN" to the subtitle name at the end of the subtitle name, and so for each particular language an ordinal abbreviation of that language code is added and if someone tries to save a double subtitle that already exists in the database with the same language translated to show him a message "Unable to save subtitle, subtitle already exists in the same language in the database" (and of course, that subtitle is not recorded because it is a duplicate) I need this for both subtitle translators on my website.
