Tube Site Data Builder

I host several Tube Sites using Wordpress and a plugin called TubeAce. Files are captured using a package which is using YouTubeDL and is stored on Amazon S3. Using a long drawn out process I use S3 browser and copy the file URL's into an excel spreadsheet and parse the URL into various parts in order to create a CSV file to then import into the WordPress site via the TubeAce plugin. This takes way to long and is becoming a nightmare to manage. I would like to build some type of local app where I can just copy the URL's from the S3 Browser clipboard and have the app parse the values and create the CSV export file for importing process. One added feature would be to ensure that only one single file URL exists, which means that a database is needed to check to prevent creating duplicate URL's from previous sessions.
