TecDoc Integration Wordpress(Woocommerce) for auto parts website -- 3

Hello guys,
We need a fully integrated solution between the TecDoc API Web Service ([login to view URL]) and and WooCommerce for Wordpress.
We need the products to automatically update daily from the TecDoc database using the parts' original code.
We need to pull a lot of information out of their database and be able to search using those criteria such as YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ENGINE SIZE, ENGINE HP, VEHICLE TYPE (sedan, compact etc..).
We also need to be able to pull images from their database and if no image is available then display my own WooCommerce product photo.
We need to be able to change photo, price or applying a % discount.
We need a custom form for research product by Make, Model and Motor
