Sports Data Processing System

I would like you to build an App that will be used to COLLECT, PROCESS & DISTRIBUTE live sports data. It should also be able to handle pre-match sports data.

COLLECT:

This will be done in two ways:

I) Majority of the data will be pulled from something like an API such as those provided by [login to view URL] or betradar.com. The App should be able to pull or receive information from any such data providers. Alternatively, we could pull this data from other providers.

II) The other data will be collected raw by freelancers that attend various matches at different venues. A games administrator would start by confirming competitions, team names, fixtures, match date and kick-off before such events can be allocated to interested freelancers that have applied for the different matches they can attend and cover on the App owner’s behalf. Once they are allocated the matches, they prepare to attend the respective matches so that they can collect the data according to pre-determined standards. Collecting this data should also be possible via a phone call to a person in office especially in cases where Internet connectivity fails. The person in office would then enter this data in a desktop version of the app before it can be processed by the system.

We should also be able to put out special events this way. Anything that might be of public interest and a price/odds can be set. Types of special bets may include:

Election Outcome

Winner of TV competitions

Person to be appointed to high profile position such as Chief Justice, National Team Coach etcetera.

PROCESS:

This would be the engine of the App. All data collected is useless until it has been processed. This process would entail aspects like setting starting odds/prices for the matches whose data we collect ourselves, automating on-going odds as the match progresses based on things like historical data (previous halftime & fulltime scores, head-to-head), current score, time of the match, amount and type of bets being placed etcetera. It would also have the ability to generate various statistics and reports given the sensitivity of the data it handles.

DISTRIBUTE:

This would entail passing on this information to our target market. We could sell to the Operators (Betting and Media Houses) or we could also sell directly to the end-users (bettors or sports lovers).

Operators and Media Houses should be able to receive this information via their respective websites; we could provide a customised App for their players or even a mobile friendly website. We should also have the option to provide this information via retail channels so that the shop-going players can view and act on this information.

End users or players could receive this data directly from us and we would in this case act as the bookmaker. Players could use Android/iOS Apps, website, mobile websites especially for those with phones that run on other Operating systems.

I would prefer to receive bids from people/companies that have experience in betting-related systems.
