I have the following issue, I'm buying large amounts of traffic that is delivered in 2-3 minutes, if I'm buying 3000 visitors I usually have the following numbers: 3000 visitors are sent to me from the person I buy traffic, cloudflare reports that about 2800 of them hit their cdn, but my reporting tools show that only 1700-1800 people reached the page, I mostly use adsenses tracking, it's a bit inaccurate but only with around 100 people difference, not so huge, also used gostats tracking and it reported about 2000 visitors, still 700-800 visitors are missing. The server doesn't seem to overload, it's usually at 40%-50% CPU and about the same for RAM, RAM might spike to 60%-70% but till not 100% usage. I'm using [url removed, login to view] as my VPS provider and have a 4 CPU 8 GB Ram plan, on my vps I have VestaCP installed which installs a LEMP stack with apache working as backend, the nginx is configured as cache and php as fastcgi. Please only post if you have an idea how to solve the issue if not please don't even bother.

There are many a ways to get around this, at first I will try to tweak apache nginx and achieve the results. Overall this happens when apache is limiting resources to php/msql.. anyhow ping me so I can get this sorted.
