Slow and Loading isssue in Php Call Management System

We are facing a serious issue that needs immediate attention: our PHP Call Management System is running slowly, and is loading very slow due to the database calls. Additionally, there are other symptoms occurring with this issue, which makes it even more critical. We need a developer who is experienced and skilled to identify and resolve this issue quickly. 1. While uploading a large excel file (for e.g 10000+ data it gets uploaded upto a certain row then an error message comes 503 Service Unavailaible)
2. Viewing the uploaded data takes the system super slow and not able to load sometimes.
*This problem only occurs with larger files and wehn more data is uploaded to the application
