simple web page with a table

i need a table that will have a search in every column - the columns: 1. name (txt) 2. number 3. payout (currency) 4. name (txt) 5. date in columns 1,2,4,5 when i start typing in the search option the results will show up, like if i am searching in column 2 for a specific number and i start to type 3 all the numbers that begin with 3 will show up then i add next to the 3 an 8 it will show every number that starts with 38 only and that's how it will work for columns 1,2,4,5 in column 3 its a payment column so in this column, i will have the option to search : a. the number equal and greater b. the number equal and smaller c. the number in between, so if i search in this option between 5 to 8 it will show me all the results with payment equal and grater than 5 and equal and smaller than 8 this data will be updated by a file so i need an import button that will import CSV files to the table and it will update the new info to the table ** any row that is in the table and in the same time in the new CSV file that will be added every day mostly it will do : delete duplicated rows
