Signature of xml document with xAdES-EPES in php

We need a php library that receives the xml document and the keys and returns the signed document, in addition to receiving an already signed document and can verify the signature..--> i need a function that recive a xml and private key and return the same xml but signed. signed xml string.. i am talk about something like that [url removed, login to view] . it is a invoice from my country 's newspaper see the attach files. it is signed with this [url removed, login to view] is 6 profiles of XAdES , we need XAdES-EPES profile.
it's the string from pem [url removed, login to view] idea is our php application use your function to sign some invoice. we have then pem file stored in database, we will read the string a send it to your function. see sample string on atttach . reading about , you will need a password
the password is :0698 . its not a pem certificate , it's p12 certificate.. it's easy, you can extract the cert and its key with this [url removed, login to view]

the p12 format contains both key and cert but needs a password to extract it
