I operate a Finance business that offers services in Financial Planning, Accounting and Mortgages. I would like a custom designed CRM that allows me to capture my clients profit and loss and Balance sheets. The CRM needs to interact with Outlook for email generation and Word for our main report (a complete date dump in a readable format that can be given to the client). We require customised queries as well including reports on dates (those clients that have an upcoming birthday, birthdate milestone, review dates, etc) as well as on entered data (those that use mortgage services but not accounting etc). We have a database operating in draft format in Suite CRM but I want it moved to an Office365 SharePoint database with desktop access (via web only if it can be done, otherwise via desktop access). I have attached some preliminary work but please note that this needs some adjustment.
