Send Ispring quiz results to mysql database and use results to populate fields in a completion certificate.

I want to use Ispring Quizmaker for trainee testing in a current online Ispring developed course. Ispring Quizmaker can pass variables through PHP to a server and post results in a MySQL database using scripts produced by Ispring, which must be modified (see [login to view URL]).
I need these Ispring scripts modified to post quiz results to a training record in a MySQL database on my server and use selected fields to generate a completion certificate that can be emailed to the trainee or downloaded and printed after course completion. I have tried unsuccessfully to modify the scripts, though I know it can be done and Ispring provides all date hooks that might be needed.
The variables to be passed to the MySQL table are Date, Unique_Id, UserName, UserEmail, and each Q_response (1 through 21). The variables to be placed in the certificate of completion are UserName, Date, Unique_Id, and the certificate would be able to be downloaded or printed and maile to the UserEmail.
I can provide a link to a similar course where we are using Simfactic to generate the quizzes and the certificates. We want to switch to Ispring Quizmaker because the interface is better and the courses are generated in Ispring. So it would be a better match. If that is not possible, then we will simply return to Simfactic for the new courses.
