RSVP system

Want to create a calendar script with Invitation and RSVP capabilities. Script will be integrated into a Mambo CMS site. Here are the required features: 1) Users all will be able to add events and send invitations 2) User Names are in existing MySQL table (no need to include user system) 3) Email Invitations will include all site members, in MySQL table already 4) Simple calendar navigation interface 5) Repeating events with automatic invitation 6) RSVP system will show who is attending and who has declined in each event 6) variables for each event should include: location, date, time, seating available, Full (sold out), comments, reason for decline, email, username, notes, Host, and repeating variables (weekly, daily, monthly, annualy). 7)Non registered Users can RSVP as a guest with their email address. The attached image is the closest example of a script I can find, but it is written for PostgreSQL.
