Required automation scripts with puppeteer

We need someone to create automation scripts written with puppeteer and php (preferably desired) to automate tasks for a few websites.
You will need to know the following:
1. Proper browser automation, so as to see results as close to what a real individual would see.
2. Make get and post requests to ensure the task is completed with certainty.
3. There are multiple work flows and all of them have to be incorporated.
4. There are multiple websites, so anything that can be reused should be in its own object.
5. DB interaction is required.
6. Proper logging of steps, errors and exceptions.
7. Proper saving of data extracted.
We intend to have this done in php since our remaining code base is built on php but if we cannot get this done in php we can use python or go.
We are also open to suggestion on using other platforms to meet the objective.
