My VISION:
to create a web based raffle system whitin bought autosurfscript (php & Mysql) where a user can purchase raffle ticket/s through paypal and Stormpay (including subscriptions), with the user entering name, address, email and contact number before the paypal payment is processed.
The raffle system should ensure duplicate tickets cannot be issued and the raffle can be viewed 'live' on the net with a countdown timer to the end of the raffle. Once the raffle has ended the winning ticket holder/s would be emailed congratulations. The total raffle Cash that can be won (xx% paid by participants), the total of user that participating, the total sofar won and the total winners till today, must be seen on the net.
The raffle system should have a easy to use web based control panel which admin can change the prizes, raffle start/end times, raffle ticket prices and to list the participants details.
