Quickbooks API with UI to create invoice

I need a to integrate quickbooks API to share the "quickbooks customer ID" via API with another app. On the other app that I will call for now "XYZ" we also need to perform a couple of actions via API like creating and deleting a field that we will use to store "quickbooks customer ID".

Steps are:
** Step 1 Install php
A page that opens OAuth at Quickbooks.
Then:
If the user is authenticated the OAuth redirect url will:
- store the token into a mysql table for future usage (cronjob/Step 2)
- create a custom field in table "organizations" in XYZ named "QuickbooksID" and get the id to use it at step 2.
- create 2 links via API in the action menu of XYZ, one to the page that creates the new invoice on Quickbooks and one to the page that lists customer invoices.
** Step 2 Align data (production)
Cronjob
php script to align Quickbooks Customers IDs with XYZ:
a) if customer does not exist with the same details (name and postcode, skip if no postcode is provided) create a new one one quickbooks and save the new ID in Quickbooks; (AND/OR)
b) if customer exists on Quickbooks get the customer ID and store it in XYZ in "QuickbooksID"
Please make 2 versions of the script for this job.
- One for the whole db
- One working only on the "created" field in onpipeline to sync every x minutes without loading all data.
** Step 3 Uninstall php
This script will simply remove the custom field QuickbooksID on XYZ.
Also removes the action links.
The DEVELOPER shall create a quickbooks developer account and use the sandbox account and also an account on XYZ to connect via API. At the end , the scripts will be provided with both sandbox and production urls.
