Need Python 3 script (that can run in Windows and Linux filesystems) and will take a configuration file description and transform a list of large CSV text files (in folders defined by wildcards and regex pattern) by specific rules such as converting date/time formats, changing order of date rows and column orders. Also, to merge, summarize and split CSV files according to rules specified in the configuration file. There are about a dozen different types of rules. CSV files are simple timeseries with date/time column and usually numerical value columns. Ideally, using Pandas library as the way for working with the CSV files.
