I am Sanjeev, a pregorammer primarily focusing on WordPress Theme Development. We develop themes for various clients in SME market and ofcourse Themeforest.
We are in need of a WordPress Support Engineer who can help our users with technical questions related to the themes and also provide general support. We usually get around 5 to 7 tickects per day and these must be answered asap. Some tickets are as simple as "How do I enable / disable a feature", which you just need to point them to Customizer options, usually with screenshots. And a very few may require a bit of research and detailed explanation, for example, "I installed x plugin, and I can't see the fields in frontend". We also have full documentation online, articles on How to's and ofcourse I will help you initially with technical queries you need assistance on.
We do not provide theme customization, due to lack of time/resources, however, if you are willing to do theme customizations, we will send these customers to you.
Please let me know your hourly rate for these type of work and we will start off with 10 tickets. After you have replied to these 10 tickets, and we are both happy with the results / services / collaboration, we will provide you access to our support desk and you can handle these tickets directly.
