Price Comparer

Hello,

I am setting up a price comparer website for my high school economics project which aims prove that it is possible to remove consumer ignorance of high prices through mediums such as the internet.

I intend to make this website based on a modified free classified ads script like phpclassifieds or noah classifieds.

However, if you have existing codebase, it will be even better.

The modifications are as such:

1.) will need the winner to modify the classified ads script to reject multiple submissions of the same type. ie; if there is already a nestle crunch chocolate bar, then it cannot be submitted again.

1.1) multiple retailers can submit their prices of that same nestle crunch bar. like [url removed, login to view]

1.2) each retailer's price will expire in 14 days

2) create a way to import cvs tables into the mysql database and sorting them according to the title, item barcode number and price

Thats all for my project.
