Prestashop to Magento Development & Migration

Our current website runs on Prestashop, we would like this moving to Magento.

The project will require the following:
Install a new Magento theme (to be purchased by us) and set up in a similar style to our existing website. We will provide all design work (sliders etc).
SSL & page redirection:
All existing pages will need re-direction set up so we do not lose any rankings and the switch is seamless for the user.
We will also require the whole website to run on SSL, so re-direction will need taking into account for this.
Migrate all existing website data including:
Orders (approx 3800)
Customers & all customer information (approx 3300)
Products (approx 200) including content, prices, images & attributes / options
31 Categories
34 Manufacturers / Brands
CMS pages
Shipping methods
Site Speed:
As per the results on the Google PageSpeed Insights tool, we would need the website
overall speed improving drastically (we will be moving website to a VPS).
Admin Features:
Ability to process manual orders and take payment all in one screen (including
products that are call to purchase, where no prices are displayed on the front end of
the shop).
