The service consists of giving points to clients and agents when they perform the following actions:
1. When they create a ticket.
2. When they leave comments in a KB article.
3. When they click in a button called “I resolved my problem with this article” bellow each Knowledge base article.

4. When customers evaluate (ratings table). Points vary according to customer's ratings.
5. When they resolve the ticket according the SLA.
Points must appear instantly when they are earned (or in seconds after). A dialog message for the user.
Create a parameter table to set the number of points for each item.
Admin profiles can delete points and leave comments.
