phpbb2 Forum and Portal needs help

Hello. I've attached a .txt document with the current tasks needed. Most of them are deeply explained. Note: If you prefer fixed price, we can agree in one. Just let me know via CHAT. There will be more work to do. The goal will be to make both the Portal + Forum ready to be opened live to public. I would like to have both ready BEFORE 1st December. I plan to open 1st December. This means that we have roughly 10 days to finish EVERYTHING + possible additional things (bugs, security measures, little things). But this project won't be done after we're opened. More work will be needed. So I'm planning to have a long workship, if your work is good. I value: 1) Good communication - this is imperative. I've had programmers who were slacking for days/weeks without saying a work. I need to have a good daily communication, as this is what makes both your work, and mine easier. I don't like to waste time. I want you to ask me every doubts/details you have, so my money will be well invested and you will work without any mistake. 2) Work must be proffesional. I wouldn't like you to work, and have to "re-do" what's done. In order to do this right, we have to have a great communication. 3) Let's both of us exceed our expectations! This is a two-side work. :) I'd like to have a programmer to work between 10-15 hours per week. That should be enough for the time being, and to complete everything (I think this won't take more than 15-20 hours, to be honest). This means that 2-3 hours per day are required. I prefer to have updates everyday, rather than working one day for 10 hours. How you manage your time, it's up to you, as long as I get updates. Once important things are finished, we will probably lower the weekly hours (as the project will need more small/tiny updates). Remember this: If you are the right programmer, we will be working for a long time! If you give me ideas while you are working, that'd be amazing! Please, before bid an amount per hour, read everything. I'd like you to post the real amount you're charging. Looking for cheapest possible, but would like to be fair for both of us. We are living hard times, because of COVID-19, I'm also having troubles at work, so let's try to help each other! Thank you,
