PHP multi step registration wizard wich saves data to MySQL
Budget €250-750 EUR
As part of a bigger web site, we need to develop a Multi Step Registration Wizard with progress, several steps and fields such as:
- regular fields (name, date of birth, etc.);
- regular buttons;
- picture upload;
- multi choice combobox (day of birth, etc);
- multiple checkboxes (spoken languages: italian, english, etc.);
- autocomplete/autosuggest field (city).
the subsequent steps must vary according to the previous choices
for example: our first step is "you are a:" and choices are: "DEVELOPER" "ACTOR"
if you choose "DEVELOPER" step 2 must be "Languages" with choices: "PHP", "C#", etc
if you choose "ACTOR" step 2 must be "Categories" with choices: "COMEDIAN" "DRAMA", ect

here are the requisites:
- the wizard consists of about 30 steps (for example: "General Info", "Spoken Languages", etc.). Not all the steps are used in a single registration wizard. not all the steps produce a change in the percentage of progress;
- pages must be done in PHP;
- pages and controls must be good looking, such as in the linked example;
- pages must be easily themable (whe change a config file or csv and all the pages and controls of the wizard are affected);
- data must be written to MySQL tables after last step confirmation;
- code must be fully commented to be easily edited later without effort;
- we prefer no licensed third party components are used.
OPTIONAL WICH CONSITUTES A PREFERENTIAL TITLE (NOT TO BE DONE NOW)
Probably, in the next months we'll require a new job: develop a PHP web service REST api to access the data saved by the registration wizard from [login to view URL] mobile app. Here are the requisites:
- Api must be done in PHP and be consumed by [login to view URL] C# mobile App;
- Api must support authentication trough OAuth;
- Api must support record paging;
- code must be fully commented to be easily edited later without effort;
- Api must be provided to:
connect with a secured connection trough OAuth
authenticate user and password inserted in the app with MySQL UserID table
read multiple records
read single record
insert, delete and update records
- all the latest security techniques must be applied
- you must provide a fully working code, written in C# for [login to view URL] mobile app to use the API:
authenticate trough OAuth;
authenticate user and password with MySQL UserID table
read multiple records with paging
read single record
insert, delete and update records
we would prefer to have a single person to do both jobs so please indicate if you would be able to write the optional part. in this case you would be preferred.
