Need highly skilled php programmer to make an existing static platform into an dynamic platform, might need to rework everything but the core has to remain, platform is not huge. Also the programmer needs to the following: Proactivity, Dedication and Excellent communication skills (constant skype/phone/whatsapp communication is a must) Live in the Central Time Zone (Chicago time Zone) Speak basic spanish or the will to look up words in the dictionary (the platform is in spanish) This project will not end once the initial requirement is done, you will have to work on updates for a year or even more, monthly payments will be arranged (these payments are not part of the initial budget) You can work online but commitment is extremely important, and so are due dates, only responsible/committed people will be the right fit for us.
