php coding fixes for online event registration

This project has two parts, and due to the inability of a prior programmer to respond to emails, I am force to repost this and time to complete is URGENT. So if you can not work on this immediately, please do not bid.
I have an online registration database for my running events. One of the features of the database is runners select the size/style t-shirt they want. On the Admin side of the database is a Reports page where different reports can be selected and either displayed online or can be exported into a CSV file. I am now offering more styles of womens t-shirts that the t-shirt report currently is set up for. So the work I need done is to add the code to the [url removed, login to view] file so that all the shirts sizes and styles can be counted and show up in the t-shirt report and export.
The report currently counts Mens shirts, Womens shirts, and Volunteers Shirts. Each has its own table in the database that offers the size/style choices. Only the code for Womens Shirts needs to be revised as I am now offering 2 styles of shirts instead of one (in sizes S, M, L, XL). I figure this is about a 15 - 30 minute job for a coder who knows what they are doing. Some work was started on this but was not completed.
I have attached the Womens shirt database file and the [url removed, login to view] file so you can see what I am talking about. I need this job completed in the next day or two. Any questions, please let me know.
Part two of this project is this: Part of this database allows captains of the teams to log in and have their volunteers select their assignment. The database was upgraded so that multiple events could be run out of the same database, but this section of the program was not updated, so it is not working. This section of the database has more than one file so they are not uploaded.
I am in Colorado US (-7 GMT) so I need to work with someone via IM (Skype, Yahoo) in a time zone similar to mine so I can get you started on the right foot. Again, this project needs to be completed in an urgent manner, so please understand that if you decided to bid.
