Description of every module: We are a training course company who have installed OsTicket on to our server and have completed some customization. We want a ticket system for our students. Everything work ok apart from:
When a user creates a ticket, admin replies and the user receives an email with the admin reply and is told they can reply via email. When the user replies, OsTicket is not picking up their reply, so the ticket is not being updated.
We need someone to help us configure this correctly.
Description of requirements/functionality: We need tickets to be updated when the user replies via email.
