Hello, We recently rolled out a new website that we build in-house, but it still has some quirks around some of the optimization functionality. Specifically, we need to: ->Resize/optimize images properly (make PNGs JPEGS, crop out white space around them, etc.) specifically for mobile. -> Eliminate render-blocking resources and defer CSS -> We have fixed this problem, but it screws up our fonts and makes the website "flicker" when loading new pages. We need somebody to do this properly. -> Optimize headers for mobile -> Right now they don't size properly when the website is displayed on mobile. -> Ensure text remains visible during web font load -> Get our caching policy working correctly - we do have a caching plugin but its not set up properly. ->Minimize Critical Requests Depth And anything google is flagging our website for - we want to get our score to as close to 100 on mobile/desktop as possible. Eliminate render-blocking resources and defer CSS gets us close, but it breaks the site. So we had to turn that off in the plugin (wordpress rocket). Thank you for the help.
